How to reach us

Email hello@tikalnationalparktours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.

Tikal National Park Tours is a booking guide. We are not a tour operator and we are not the national park, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking, and we do not sell park tickets. If you have already booked a tour, the operator’s confirmation email is the fastest route: it carries your reference and the contact the operator actually reads.

If your booking has a problem

Go to the company you booked through first. Most tours we list can be cancelled free up to 24 hours ahead. The fly-in day trips from Guatemala City and Antigua are non-refundable, with a fee to change the date. Only the booking company can act on either.

A park ticket is a separate purchase. It is never refundable, and only the ministry’s ticket platform can deal with it, for example to switch a sunrise ticket to sunset.

Corrections

If a figure is wrong, tell us and we will change it. Park fees, opening hours and tour fares all move, and an operator can rewrite a listing overnight. We usually correct a reported error the same week.
